	Go to as many national and local regattas as possible. The Wellington Nationals are a great opportunity.
	Go to the Titahi bay winter series as there is very good competition and training. Email Craig Ryburn for more info on local and national regattas.
	Attend as many coaching and training sessions as possible. See the Junior Race Squad pages for details on upcoming training.
	Read the article on the north sails web site about starting – some good general pointers although it is not all appropriate.
	If you don’t already have on read the Starling tuning guide from north sails. It has some important information about setup and sail settings.
